We will gladly accept returns for any Perfume.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the DELIVERY date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item as soon as you decide that you do not want the product.

Please note we do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless we made an error. Please note that we cannot accept returned items that have been used/open and/or not returned in their original condition and packaging. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.

Fast and Trackable Shipping

We process most orders within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Most packages arrive within 7-10 Business Days. We ship ALL packages via trackable methods such as UPS, DHL, or the USPS. You will receive tracking numbers and methods via email the day after your package leaves our warehouse, usually 2-3 Business days after you place your order, we are working hard to improve this. Most items are shipped from our New York State warehouse. To insure timely delivery, packages are sometimes split up and shipped separately, you may receive multiple packages if there are many items in your order.

Orders directed to an APO/AE address are unable to be traced. If you wish your order to be sent to an APO/AE address, lost or misdirected packages cannot be the responsibility of Perfume.com.
